What is SharPay?

SharPay is an advanced fintech platform for B2C and B2B clients with e-money, crypto and bank card services.

Who may use it?

Anyone can use the system. The system works both for business clients and for individuals.

What are the advantages of the SharPay system?

We offer our customers a wide range of options within a single system. In other words, the system simultaneously offers to work with electronic money, cryptocurrencies, bank cards, etc.

Does SharPay have a mobile app?

Sing Up

How to register?
+

SharPay account .

The registration process takes only a few minutes.

  1. Click “Login/Registration” in the upper right corner of the main site.
  2. On the Registration tab, enter your phone number and e-mail in the appropriate fields and create a password.
  3. Say the invitation referral code, if you have one.
  4. Read the terms of use and click “Register”.
  5. Confirm the creation of the account by specifying the code received on the phone and in your mail.

Account created!

What should the password be?
+

For account security, we recommend using strong passwords or passphrases and changing them at least once every 6 months.

The minimum required password must contain 8 characters, including: numbers, lat. letters of different case.

What is a referral code and how to get it?
+

A referral code is an invitation code that can be provided to you by another user of the system to register and participate in the rewards program.

Referral codes are used to connect system users.

What is a referral program?
+

This is a bonus program of the SharPay system , which allows you to receive rewards for the users you invite.

When your referral registers in the system using your link and fulfills the terms of the program, you will be rewarded.

How to become a member of the referral program?
+

You automatically become part of the referral program when you register in the system.

Go to Profile Settings and click the “Bring a friend” button. After that, you will see your referral link, which you can copy and send to your friends.

Once he or she uses this link and registers in our system, these users will be added to your referral list .

This section also contains information about your referrals .

When and how does the accrual take place?

Bonuses are calculated from all referrals and are credited to the account once a month (from the 1st to the 10th of each month).

Are there any restrictions on the referral program?
+

You can request an unlimited number of referrals and receive bonuses from the system together.

I can't register (this number/ email already exists)
+

The system responds that the account already exists if the registration was not completed (number or email confirmation code was not entered ). Click the button « Forgot your password? » and confirm the data using the OTR code.

Can't register (code not coming)
+

To register, you need to verify your contact details.

Verification of the phone number is carried out using OTR codes sent via SMS or voice message through a phone call

Email verification takes place with the help of OTR codes sent to the specified email.

If the letters do not arrive, you should check the “Spam” in the settings of your e-mail account.

If the emails from got into the “Spam” folder:

  1. mark all letters from SharPay ;
  2. mark emails as “Not Spam” and “Important”;
  3. add system addresses to the list of safe senders:

[email protected] to receive technical information about your account activity;

[email protected] to contact technical support.

Login

Log into Dashboard

Make sure you are on the system site https://sharpay.net

  1. Click “Login/Registration” in the upper right corner of the main site.
  2. On the Login tab, enter your phone number or email address and password in the appropriate fields. And press Enter
  3. Enter the received two-factor authentication (OTR / 2FA) code.

Login is complete! You will be automatically redirected to the main page of payment accounts.

Can't log into account (invalid login/password)
+

Make sure you enter a valid login/password.

Check the input language.

I can't log into my account (the code does not come)
+

Authorization OTR codes are sent using PUSH, EMAIL services, voice message via phone call or SMS.

Check whether your devices are turned on or connected to the Internet.

Check Spam.

Please resend the code.

I can't log in to the account (Does not accept the OTR code from a letter/SMS)
+

Authorization OTR codes have a limited validity period. Make sure that the entered code has not disappeared.

If you copy the code from an e-mail, make sure that the code does not have any extra characters, including spaces.

I forgot my password and I don't have access to my account, what should I do?
+

You can use the ” Forgot password” button when logging in to your personal account.

  • Enter the contact details on which your SharPay account is registered .
  • Get an OTR confirmation code for changing your password.
  • Come up with a strong new password

Changing the password in the account
+

We recommend that you change your password at least once every 3 months and keep it in a place inaccessible to others.

Changing the password takes place in the “Settings” – “Security” section

Enter your old password, then choose a new password and fill in all the required fields.

After that, click “Change”.

Verification

What is verification (KYC/KYB) and why is it needed?
+

KYC is a procedure for confirming the identity of a system user by requesting personal data.
KY B is a procedure for confirming the business user of the system by requesting personal data of management bodies and business data of the company.

User verification helps increase the level of account security, ensure the safety of funds, and reduce the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing.

Identity verification is required to open accounts, make deposits and withdrawals, exchange and buy/sell cryptocurrencies .

What is this Verification Levels?
+

In the SharPay system , there are several levels of verification that allow users to use different products. There are currently 2 levels of verification.

After passing the standard verification process, the client automatically receives Level 1, which allows to open crypto accounts and make payments.

After an additional check, which can last up to 5 days, the client can receive Level 2, which will allow opening fiat accounts and cards.

How to get verified?
+

After registering in the system and logging in to your personal account, the system will automatically offer to undergo verification, which will be reported on the main screen.

Click [ Start Verification ] to verify your account.

To pass the verification, you will need to provide your personal data through an automated form, select a document to verify your identity, and pass a video selfie verification.

  • Select the country of the document and Upload photos of your identity documents.

Please select a document type . For citizens of EU countries, you can choose verification using a passport or ID card. For citizens of other countries, it is necessary to choose a “foreign” passport.

  • Fill out the form, specifying your data: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, identification code in the country of residence and residential address.
  • Fill out the Questionnaire for access to fiat accounts: planned turnover, sources of origin of funds, relation to political figures or US citizens
  • Video verification.As a final step, the system will ask you to complete a video face verification.

Make sure there is enough light in the room, do not wear a hat, glasses or filters.

Turn your head from side to side as instructed by the interface.

The process of submitting documents is complete ! After completing the process of submitting documents , please wait for their processing and confirmation of verification. We will check your data , and As soon as the procedure is completed , we will send you a notification by e-mail .

It may happen that your documents will not pass verification. We will inform you and we will provide opportunity to try again.

Why is the document not accepted?
+

For successful identity verification, it is necessary to provide a full page of an international (foreign) passport in good quality. Other documents or cropped photocopies of documents will not be considered.

What is a questionnaire and why fill it out ?

A questionnaire is one of the forms of requesting customer data that all payment processing institutions must request.

What is PEP ?
+

PEP are political figures, civil servants or those who perform the functions of the state and persons related to them.

Why should I provide additional information?
+

In some cases, if the submitted data is insufficient or does not meet our requirements, you will need to provide additional documents and wait for verification.

We use a comprehensive system of identity verification to protect the funds of all users, so when filling out information, make sure that the materials you provide meet the requirements.

How long does the verification take? What if I made a mistake during KYC/ KYB ?

Verification of submitted documents and identity verification can take from 1 to 72 hours. In some cases, the review period may be extended. All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

After submitting a request for verification, documents will go through several stages checks.

If you made a mistake or submitted an incorrect document, the verification service will request a resubmission of the document.

With any result of the verification, a message will be sent to your e-mail address with information about the status of the Verification.

What currencies does the platform work with?

SharPay currently supports currencies, namely EUR (EURO), USDT (TETHER), USDC (USD Coin), BTC (BITCOIN), ETH (ETHEREUM), XRP (RIPPLE), LTC (LITECOIN) and BCH (Bitcoin Cash).

What accounts does the platform support?

SharPay currently supports the following account types:

Personal Crypto accounts

Personal IBAN accounts

Personal Cards.

Business accounts and Merchant accounts for accepting e-commerce payments.

SEPA transfers for settlements with counterparties or friends using personal IBAN accounts.

What is an IBAN?
+

IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is an international number designed to simplify interbank transactions.

Each country has an IBAN up to 34 characters long, including numbers and letters to help banks make transfers.

Letters and numbers indicating country code, bank code and bank account details.

IBAN is actively used throughout Europe, in Ukraine and in some other regions.

Where can I find my IBAN?

You can find the IBAN on the main account page in the account widget or in the mobile application.

SharPay Card

What is the SharPay Card?
+

SharPay Card is a Mastercard debit card, connected to your account and enables you to spend your funds directly from your wallets.

You can use it for online payments, to pay for your groceries at the supermarket or to make ATM withdrawals.

How do I order a SharPay Card?
+

To order the SharPay Card, you have to fulfil the following requirements:

You have a level 2 verified SharPay account.

You musn’t be a resident of restricted or prohibited country.

If you fulfil the above-mentioned criteria, you will be able to order a Card.

Just select “+” in the main menu of your account or application and follow the instructions provided to you on-screen.

What currency of my SharPay Card?
+

The SharPay card open in EUR currency but you can purchase in any you wish.

How long does it take to get my card?
+

Virtual card will be active immediately after ordering.

Plastic card will typically be shipped within 15 working days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery location within each country.

How can I activate my SharPay Card?
+

To activate your card, follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Choose card widget in the account or an mobile application.
  2. Click by “Activate Card” in the widget.
  3. Type card number and create PIN and 3D-Secure paaword and follow the instructions.
What contactless payment options are available?
+

You can pay using contactless payment. Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How can I manage my card?
+

You can use SharPay App to manage your card. For instance, you can block your card in case of lost, activate or disable payment options as well as change PIN or 3D-Secure password.

How do I track of my transactions?
+

You can have the information on your card spending at your in mobile app. Any time you make transaction you will receive push to your app.

How do I pay using crypto?
+

Your card is connected to your Main payment IBAN account, and crypto wallets on SharPay platform.

Just convert crypto into your EUR card balance in a minutes and purchase or cash withdrawal with your card.

Is my money safe?
+

Your SharPay Card are protected by anti-fraud detection systems and monitored to detect any suspicious behaviour as well as 3D-Secure 2.0.

You can block and unblock your card at any time using the mobile app.

Note: your money safety in your hands – never share your personal card details to third patries.

How can I topup the card?
+

You can top up your card with crypto , SEPA or from another card.

We are updatind availaible assets and currencies to the list, giving you more ways to spend.

Note: we can request you to provide “Proof of funds”, that case all payment options including the card payment will be disabled until the requested documents have been submitted.

Payments and settlements

How to replenish the balance?
+

You can top up your balance using one of the available methods.

  1. Open the main page “Operations” and click the “Top up” button opposite the account you want to top up . You can also go to the top-up form via a separate widget account on the ” Accounts ” tab.
  2. Choose the top-up method you want to top up your account with

In the window from the list, select top-up using a bank card , electronic wallet, cryptocurrency or bank transfer.

  1. Specify the top-up amount and click “Next”.
  2. Confirm the operation and monitor the balance update.

Important : the top-up fee depends on the chosen one method . Also read the information about the minimum top-up amount in the top-up amount input field.

On the “Accounts” tab, you will be able to access the details of your top-up.

Replenishment of IBAN balance through SEPA.
+

You can top up your IBAN yourself account in EUR using SEPA transfer, or receive a transfer to the account from your counterparties.

  1. Open the main “Accounts” page. Open the IBAN widget account to receive details.
  2. Make a transfer from another account or provide your details to the sender.
  3. Keep an eye on your balance. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

Important: Please note that in dependence and from the nature of the replenishment may require additional supporting documents, or the sent funds will be returned.

Replenishment of IBAN balance payment cards

You can top up your account or card yourself using Visa / Mastercard payment cards .

  1. Open the main page “Operations” and click the “Top up” button opposite the account you want to top up . You can also go to the top-up form via a separate widget account on the ” Accounts ” tab.
  2. Select the Visa / Mastercard top-up method
  3. Enter the top-up amount .
  4. Read the information about the minimum and maximum top-up amount in the amount input field, as well as the commission for the operation, and click “Next”.
  5. Confirm the operation and monitor the balance update. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

On the “Accounts” tab, you will be able to access the details of your top-up.

Important : topping up the account with a new card may take additional time to verify the payment. All operations must be confirmed with the help of 3- D Secure .

Replenishment of IBAN balance e-wallets

You can top up your account or card yourself using electronic wallets.

Open the main page “Operations” and click the “Top up” button opposite the account you want to top up. You can also go to the top-up form through the individual account widget on the “Accounts” tab.

  1. Choose required top-up method
  2. Enter the top-up amount.
  3. Read the information about the minimum and maximum top-up amount in the amount input field, as well as the transaction fee, and click “Next”.
  4. Confirm the operation and monitor the balance update. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

On the “Accounts” tab, you will be able to access the details of your top-up.

Important : maybe news account replenishment with electronic wallets may be available or disabled at the discretion of the system. If a type of wallet is not listed, it means that the type is currently disabled .

Replenishment of the balance of IBAN with Cryptocurrency

You can top up your account using Cryptocurrencies

  1. Open the main page “Operations” and click the “Top up” button opposite the account you want to top up . You can also go to the top-up form via a separate widget account on the ” Accounts ” tab.
  2. Choose a Cryptocurrency top-up method
  3. Choose the desired transfer currency and read the exchange rate.
  4. Copy or scan the top-up address.
  5. Send the transfer to the specified address and wait for enrollment .
  6. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

On the “Accounts” tab, you will be able to access the details of your top-up.

Important : Topping up an IBAN account with cryptocurrency may take additional time for verification and payment processing. If the currency is not listed, this means that the currency is currently disabled.

Replenishment of the Crypto Account balance

You can top up your crypto account using a transfer to the generated address

  1. Open the main page “Operations” and click the “Top up” button opposite the crypto account you want to top up . You can also go to the top-up form via a separate widget account on the ” Accounts ” tab.
  2. Choose a Cryptocurrency top-up method
  3. Choose the desired transfer currency. If the top-up is in another currency, check the exchange rate.
  4. Copy or scan the top-up address.
  5. Send the transfer to the specified address and wait for enrollment .
  6. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

On the “Accounts” tab, you will be able to access the details of your top-up.

Important : top-up with cryptocurrency other than the account currency is automatically exchanged at the system exchange rate. If one of the currencies is not listed , it means that the currency is currently disabled.

Buying and selling cryptocurrencies with cards

In our system, it is possible to replenish a crypto account with Mastercard payment cards (credit/debit), that is, purchase of cryptocurrencies.

The process is no different from a regular top-up:

  1. Open the main page “Operations” and click the “Top up” button opposite the crypto account you want to top up . You can also go to the top-up form via a separate widget account on the ” Accounts ” tab.
  2. Choose a Mastercard top-up method
  3. Enter the top-up amount .
  4. Select the payment currency .
  5. Read the information about the minimum and maximum top-up amount in the amount input field, as well as the commission for the operation, and click “Next”.
  6. Confirm the operation and monitor the balance update. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

On the “Accounts” tab, you will be able to access the details of your top-up.

To sell cryptocurrencies, perform a reverse transaction.

Important: topping up the account with a new card may take additional time to verify the payment. All operations must be confirmed with the help of 3- D Secure , and there are restrictions on the purchase of crypto currency per month.

Buying and selling cryptocurrencies via SEPA.

You can buy and sell cryptocurrency using SEPA transfers, for this you need:

  1. Have an IBAN account in our system with the required balance or top up using SEPA remittance
  2. Open the main page “Operations” and click the ” Transfer ” button opposite the IBAN account _
  3. Choose the “Cryptocurrency” transfer method
  4. Choose the desired cryptocurrency from the list and enter the transfer amount .
  5. Read the information about the exchange rate, the minimum and maximum amount of replenishment in the amount input field, as well as the commission for the operation, and click “Next”.
  6. Confirm the operation and monitor the balance update. As soon as the payment is received, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

To sell cryptocurrencies, perform a reverse transaction.

Important: Pay attention to the minimum and maximum amount of the transaction, as well as the maximum amount of transactions per day of 14500 EUR. In addition, we draw your attention to the fact that payments may be processed with additional time, which is needed for processing the fiat balance.

If the top-up is not received
+

Replenishment can take some time depending on the method. If the top-up does not appear on your balance after 24 hours, you need to contact support via the website or the support widget.
For quick processing of the request it is necessary to note:

  • the subject of the appeal;
  • the mail to which the account is registered;
  • problem / question;
  • transaction amount
  • replenishment method
  • transfer address
  • shipping address (if possible)
  • transaction hash / transaction ID .
Money transfer
+

To transfer or withdraw funds from the system, use one of the available methods.

In our system, it is possible to top up a crypto account with Mastercard payment cards (credit/debit), in other words, buying cryptocurrencies.

The transfer process is the reverse of the top-up, and consists of the following steps:

  1. Open the main “Operations” page and click the “Transfer” button next to the IBAN, crypto account or card from which you want to transfer. You can also go to the transfer form through the individual account widget on the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Choose a transfer method from the list of available ones (internal transfer, SEPA, to a bank card, to an electronic wallet, to cryptocurrency).
  3. Enter the details of the recipient of the transfer

For transfers to electronic wallets – Wallet number

For transfers between system clients – Internal account number

For SEPA transfers – IBAN and name of the recipient, destination of payment

For transfers to the card – enter your own card number

For crypto transfers – select the currency and network, specify the crypto address of the recipient, and Destination Tag / Memo

  1. Enter the transfer amount and the currency of receipt.
  2. Read the information about the minimum and maximum amount of transfers in the amount input field, as well as the transaction fee, and click “Next”.
  3. Confirm the operation and monitor the balance update.
  4. As soon as the payment is completed, you will be notified by mail or PUSH in the mobile application.

Details of your transfer will be available on the “Accounts” tab.

Fund transfers are processed from 1 to 60 minutes, depending on system and network load. Some transfers can only be processed during business hours.

Important : for the security of operations, transfers to cards are possible only if the card has previously been topped up.

Destination Tag / Memo
+

Some cryptocurrencies for deposit and transfer require an additional special payment identifier , aka destination tag – DestinationTag/Memo .

When working with us currencies (for example Ripple and Stellar ) do not forget to specify the tags, otherwise the transfer will not be credited or may be lost .

I do n’t need a receiving tag, just leave the appropriate field blank during checkout.

Cost

How much does it cost?

We invite users around the globe to join us at no cost. Also we offer low and individual  plans for large companies. For detailed information we recommend to use the Tariffs page on our website.

e-Shop

How to register and receive payments in your online shop?
+

For this purpose a special page is available in the Settings Section which will help you to set up your shop as you wish.

What payment methods are available for online-shops?
+

As a rule, shops can accept payments within the platform , bank cards, as well as alternative methods of payment, depending on the goods and services, payment currencies and countries of the participants of the settlements.

How long it takes to make the payments?
+

Payments within the platform are processed instantaneously. Bank transfers are processed several times a day according to regulations.

What should I do if a payment has not been received?
+

In this case you should contact our Support Service for help, providing minimal details of the payment (date, amount, method of payment, payer and beneficiary).

What should I do if my transaction has been rejected?
+

Most often there may be refusals of payment due to a lack of funds in the account, or if the issuer bank blocks Internet payments. In this case you should contact Support Service of the card issuer bank or the corresponding payment system.

What should I do if my card has been debited twice?
+

If your account has been debited twice during payment, the money will be returned to your account automatically.
